  • The Video Builder’s Guide is an in-depth instructional series for assembly of Just Aircraft Highlander, Superstol, and Superstol XL kits.

Currently we have over 140 videos (18 + hours) for the Highlander and an additional 140+ videos (19 1/2 more hours) for the Superstol/XL. Scroll down below the SIGN UP button for a list of current videos online.

For most sections we will show how to assemble one part, for example, the left side door, or a single rib in the wings. Most of these processes are repetitive, so you can step and repeat, using the diagrams that come with the Just Aircraft manual to make sure everything is in the right place.

When finished, we will cover the entire build process (with the exception of avionics, paint, and individual engine installs). In addition, we will have several basic skills videos for less experienced builders to get familiar with the techniques I use.

  • In addition to the Video Guides, your membership includes access to dozens of work-in-progress photos. Occasionally, we can’t get the best angles when filming. If we didn’t get the best look at something in a video, we will try to cover it in the photos section.

I will also be adding links to several of the specialty tools I use.

  • I am generally so busy that If you have a build question not answered by the FAQ or videos, I’ve switched over to scheduling phone consultations. Members will take priority on my schedule.

We are regularly updating the Video Builder’s Guide. All videos should be up early in the new year.
